Frequently asked questions.
Welcome! Below you'll find answers to common questions about my approach as an IFS coach, spiritual life coach, and psychedelic integration coach. Whether you're new to inner work or deep on your healing path, these insights will help you feel into what it’s like to work together.
What is Internal Family Systems (IFS)?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based model that helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or the one that always needs to stay in control. These parts aren't problems to fix—they’re protectors carrying wisdom and past pain. Through Internal Family Systems coaching, we compassionately engage with each part to release burdens and reconnect with your Self: the calm, clear, confident center within you.
As an IFS coach, I help clients use this framework for real-world transformation—cultivating emotional healing, clarity, and inner harmony.

What does it mean to be a Wayfinder?
Being a Wayfinder is more than a role—it’s a sacred calling. As a spiritual life coach, I guide others through the often complex landscapes of both their inner and outer worlds, helping them reconnect with their innate wisdom and the deeper currents of their soul’s path. Rooted in Spirit, Wayfinding draws on ancient, nature-based traditions and intuitive guidance. It’s about attuning to the subtle energies within you and around you—listening to the elements, to your body, to your dreams, and to the deeper truths that want to emerge. A Wayfinder notices the signs, synchronicities, and patterns that point you home to yourself. I offer tools, insights, and compassionate presence to help you discern what belongs to your true path versus what has been inherited, imposed, or internalized from the outside world.
Through this lens, spiritual life coaching becomes a practice of deep remembering—of aligning your choices with your essence, your values, and your soul’s longings. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), shamanic practices, and nature-based wisdom to support you in walking your path with clarity, courage, and connection. It’s not about giving you the answers—it’s about helping you listen deeply enough to find your own.
What’s the difference between psychospiritual coaching and traditional therapy?
Psychospiritual coaching blends emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of healing. While traditional therapy often addresses mental health from a clinical perspective, psychospiritual coaching focuses on personal evolution, meaning-making, and accessing deeper truths. As a spiritual life coach trained in Internal Family Systems coaching, I help you work with parts of yourself that may hold trauma or fear—but also guide you to connect with your inner knowing, intuition, and soul’s voice. We won’t diagnose or analyze you—we’ll explore your system with reverence and curiosity.
Can I work with you if I’ve never done healing or spiritual work before?
Absolutely. You don’t need any prior experience with healing or spiritual practices to work with me. I’ll meet you where you are, and together, we’ll explore what feels most aligned for you. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been on this path for years, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
What if I’m preparing for a psychedelic journey?
This is one of my specialties. As a psychedelic integration coach, I offer safe, grounded, and intentional support for both preparation and integration. In preparation, we clarify your intention, identify any protective parts that may arise during ceremony, and create practices for staying rooted. After your journey, we’ll work together to meaningfully integrate what you experienced—so your insights become embodied, lasting change. Whether you’re sitting with psilocybin, ayahuasca, ketamine, or another medicine, IFS coaching is a powerful way to understand the inner terrain that shows up in expanded states.
How do I prepare for a session?
There’s no specific preparation required for a session. However, I encourage you to reflect on what’s currently coming up for you—whether it’s a challenge, emotion, or desire for clarity. Bringing an open mind and a willingness to explore will allow us to dive deeper into the work.
