Hi! I’m Tugce (too-Chay) Menguc (meng-Gooch).

As a Virgo Rising and Aries Sun (with Jupiter and the North Node in my 8th house), I am deeply curious about the stories and wounds that shape people's lives. I consider the moments when I connect with others to explore their brightest dreams and most vulnerable experiences as sacred exchanges. I am drawn to intimate conversations where I have the honor of helping someone uncover the vulnerable parts of themselves, revealing the treasures hidden beneath life’s challenges. This is what lights me up and brings purpose to my life.

Decades of this type of engagement showed me how essential it is to name and honor the energetic forces that we are all consciously and unconsciously influenced by. I believe that by naming entering into more conscious relationship with these forces and engaging them directly, we can create the space for individuals to access their own wisdom and find their own source of renewal.

Like many healers, my journey began with a need for alignment. For over a decade, I navigated the challenges of anxiety, depression, and apathy, searching for ways to bring myself back into balance.

Through this process, I learned that no single solution—whether it be a practice, book, retreat, or career change—could offer the transformation I was seeking. Instead, I came to see these efforts as pieces of a larger puzzle, each one a gemstone that refracts a new brilliance in the kaleidoscope of my perspective. The more I collected these gems, the clearer it became: the world didn’t change, but my perception of it did.

With this, my exploration into the healing arts flourished. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed practitioner with training from the IFS Institute, The Institute of Healing and Awakening, and The Moxie School. My medicine and shamanic work has spanned over the last 5 years, with deep solo, guided, and group sacred medicine journeys that have illuminated the multiplicities of our internal and external world.

My formal education includes a degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Over the last 18 years I have worked as a strategist, consultant, and relationship manager across start ups, media, tech, and e-commerce companies. Through these roles I’ve held strategic and personal relationships with NASA, Department of Veterans Affairs, The White House, State Department, NBC, and Penske Media Corporation.

I am nomadic, along side my partner and Pomeranian, Wolfie. I work with clients online, and welcome in-person interactions when possible.
