My approach blends transformational coaching, IFS (parts work), and psychospiritual exploration, holding both the practical and the mysterious.

I’ve always been good at seeing what’s underneath the surface: the patterns connecting seemingly unrelated things, the possibilities someone hasn’t quite named yet, and the parts of a person that are ready for more space.

That instinct shaped my first career in strategy, leadership, and relationship management, and it shapes my work as a coach now.

I bring the same ability to listen closely, synthesize complexity, and see the bigger picture, alongside years of deep inner work and training in IFS, psychospiritual coaching, and psychedelic preparation and integration.

I think of my role as part mirror, part amplifier. I reflect back what I see, help turn up the volume on the wisdom and gifts that are already there, and create space for information to emerge that may be harder to access on your own.

I’m not here to tell you who to become.

I’m here to help you recognize more of who you already are, trust what you find, and bring it fully into your life.
